We are sorry to inform you that Club Penguin Atake was hit by a massive DDOS attack on December 25, 2023, from 3 to 5 pm CET.

This attack affected all of our services, including the website, all eras of the game, and the TV, CDNs, all multimedia services. We were celebrating Christmas with our families and friends, and we were unable to do anything to stop the attack. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

As soon as we became aware of the situation, we took all of our services down at 5:54 pm CET to prevent further damage and to investigate the source of the attack. We have been working hard to restore our services and to ensure the security and safety of our users. We managed to bring back some of our main services at 10:40 pm CET, but most features may still be slow or completely inaccessible.

We are doing our best to fix everything as soon as possible, but we ask for your patience and understanding. We will notify you and update this post and our Discord channel with more information whenever we have it. We appreciate your support and loyalty, and we hope to see you back on the island soon.
