Welcome to Club Penguin Atake's Third Party Guidelines.

Our services are supported by external, partnered, and advertised services. This policy informs you about how those services benefit us and what it means for you.

Please read these Third Party Guidelines carefully before using the website, application, and other services ("Service," "Services") that we operate. We reserve the right to modify these rules, with or without warning.

By using any of our services, you are agreeing to our Terms, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Third Party Guidelines.

Introduction

Club Penguin Atake offers a variety of services and chances for our users to fully enjoy their experience. Although we provide the majority of our services using our own resources, there are some services that we obtain, work with, or promote from outside sources to help us fully establish our current status. We designed this policy to guarantee that everyone understands how external services process and receive your data, as well as how they interact with our services.

For your convenience, this policy is divided into three sections that correspond to the Advertised, Collaborated/Partnered, and External services.

Club Penguin Atake does not have advertised services.

Partnered Services

Waddle Penguins Island (waddlepenguins.me)

We've teamed up with Fullmoon Waddle Penguins Island to bring you back to the online world of Club Penguin Island.

Waddle Penguins Island does not use data from your Club Penguin Atake Account and requires a separate account. The information sent via the affiliate links that go to Waddle Penguins Island from our site includes:

  1. web referrer,
  2. web campaign,
  3. Your Internet Protocol Address,
  4. Your country of residence.

External Services

Cloudflare

Club Penguin Atake uses Cloudflare's services to protect, secure, and block access to unwanted or dangerous networks, as well as to host our websites (except AS1, AS2, AS3, EP, PC, and PC3).

Google Analytics

At Club Penguin Atake, we use Google Analytics to learn how users interact with our website. Here's how we use this information:

GA4 does not record or keep IP addresses during data collecting. Instead, it uses them for geolocation during data collecting and then discards them.

Microsoft Clarity

At Club Penguin Atake, we also use Microsoft Clarity to understand user interactions on our website. Here's how we use this information:

  1. User Interaction Data: Clarity collects data such as mouse movements, clicks, and scrolls to create heatmaps and session replays. This helps us understand user behavior and improve the user experience.
  2. Heatmaps and Session Replay: Heatmaps show where users click, scroll, and spend time on our website. Session replays allow us to review individual user sessions and identify pain points or areas for improvement.*
  3. Site Optimisation: We use Clarity data to enhance the performance of our website, ensuring a smooth experience for visitors. By pinpointing issues and opportunities, we improve usability.
  4. Privacy and Security: Clarity anonymizes IP addresses before storing data, ensuring that IP addresses are not saved or displayed in the reporting interface.
*Sensitive, private and personal information is always hidden. There is no way for us to connect a session to one user of our services.

Gcore Labs CDN

Our media services, including Club Penguin Atake TV, Club Penguin Atake Radio, and Club Penguin Atake E-Reader, typically require the use of huge media assets like movies, high-quality audio files, and e-books. Gcore also hosts Fullmoon's primary assets CDN and CDN 5, which delivers assets to Fun Stuff and other destinations. These assets may take some time to load depending on the player's location and internet speed. We work hard to make our services as quick as possible for customers all around the world, which is why we use Gcore CDN to deliver media content.

When you request a file from a CDN hosted by Gcore, the service processes the following information:

  1. cookies,
  2. Your country of residence,
  3. referrer,
  4. host,
  5. Your Internet Protocol Address,
  6. Your User Agent.

Short.io URL Shortener

Club Penguin Atake and its management and owner group Fullmoon utilise Short.io to shorten URLs and distribute them under the domains link.fullmoon.dev, l.tv.cpatake.boo, url.waddlepenguins.tk, r.waddlepenguins.me, and redir.igp.waddlepenguins.tk.

When you use one of these URLs, Short.io processes the following data:

  1. Geolocation based on IP Address - Country, City,
  2. URL of the link that was visited,
  3. Device information - OS, Browser
  4. Referrer
  5. Campaigns

Miscellaneous

If we make major modifications to these service-specific conditions, we will notify you in advance and provide you with the opportunity to review them. These conditions may be modified to reflect changes in our policies, abuse or security concerns, or legal and regulatory obligations. If a term is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it has no effect on the legality or enforceability of the remaining parts of these terms of service.

To end your relationship with Club Penguin Atake, see our Privacy Policy and learn how to close your account. If our online moderators uncover an infraction of these terms, we retain the right to terminate these conditions in relation to you. These restrictions are only applicable to your connection with Fullmoon (Club Penguin Atake), not to any other organisations or people, even if they legally profit from it.
